Ministries

We offer several ministries and programs designed to help you grow in Christ and fellowship.  We are always looking for ways to expand the services of our young church and we pray that you will find our ministries equivalent to your needs.  As you review the different opportunities below, we believe you will discover that this is a church passionately committed to Christ and His cause.  If you have any questions or comments in regards to the ministries below, please call or email us at info@danvillesda.com

Prayer Meeting
Leader: Pastor Dave Clark
Time: Every Tuesday, 7:00 - 8:00 pm, except for the first Tuesday of every month (see "Dinner with the Doctor").
Location: Danville SDA Church, 104 Man 'o War Blvd.  Upon entering the front door, go into the Sanctuary (the first door on the left).

Dinner with the Doctor
Leaders: Dr. Naren James and Women of the Danville SDA Church
Time: First Tuesday of every month, 6:30 - 8:00 pm.  A vegetarian meal, recipe exchange, and health lecture are provided.
Location: Danville Better Living Center, 104 Man 'o War Blvd.  Upon entering the front door, go straight back into the Fellowship Hall.

Children's Sabbath School
Leader: Kim Dickerson
Time: Saturday morning, 9:30 am
Location: Danville SDA Church, 104 Man 'o War Blvd.  Upon entering the front door, go straight back into the Fellowship Hall, then to the back room on the right.

Adult Sabbath School

Nourish Christian Marketplace - ABC Truck Delivery
Time: Quarterly deliveries are scheduled (see below for details).
Location: Danville SDA Church, 104 Man 'o War Blvd.

The Adventist Book Center is located in Goodlettsville, Tennessee, just north of Nashville.  The organization coordinates the "ABC Truck Delivery" to area churches on a quarterly basis.  A variety of products can be purchased, from delicious vegetarian food items to Christian books, music, and videos.

The next ABC truck delivery to the Danville SDA Church is currently scheduled for Sunday, June 17, 2012 at 4:00 pm.

If interested in purchasing any of their products, here are some things to remember.

1)  Currently, you cannot order online.  You must call (888) 345-0500 to place your order.  But you can browse for many of the products at www.adventistbookcenter.com. 

2)  Because the ABC delivery truck stops in multiple cities on the days of delivery, each stop is only 15 minutes in length.  Therefore, it is important to be on time to pick up your order.

3)  All orders must be prepaid.  Credit cards that are accepted include Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express.

4)  Orders are due by the Wednesday before your scheduled delivery.  The delivery truck is loaded on Thursday.  And all orders must be ready by that time for loading purposes.

5)  THERE SHALL BE NO RAINCHECKS.  The sooner you order, the better your chances will be to get everything that you want.
